MT102 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has updated stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen Also offering granite countertops to whip up the perfect meals, and a drip coffee maker. A large laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use along with room for storage. The dining/living area is an open area with plenty of seating and large sliding glass doors, that opens to the balcony so you can enjoy the sun rise in the morning and breath in the sea air during the day! The master bedroom adjoins the living area, with barn doors to slide across for privacy. Complete with a king size bed, and ensuite full bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The second bedroom will have a queen size bed. This unit does sleep 6 max so you will find a queen murphy bed in the dining/living area for extra comfort. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This community will have a beautiful pool and to get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side you will also find a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day!
