Charming apartment one block from the beach - 1 suite

60 sq m apartment with air conditioning, cable TV and internet. The apartment has 1 toilet, a spacious kitchen, a living room, 1 bedroom and another bathroom. The living room can be converted into another bedroom with privacy, as it has a sliding door and a comfortable sofa. It's at the back of the building but with an unobstructed view, quiet, ideal for up to 4 people. Located in Post 6, close to everything: supermarkets, banks, beauty salons, shops, etc. It's one block from Copacabana beach and has a 24-hour doorman.
Children 12 years and older pay as additional guests. The price of the stay includes R$50.00 for electricity and gas consumption; if this amount is exceeded, the tenant pays the difference. For monthly rentals, the electricity and gas bill is the tenant's responsibility. I do not allow check-in after 7:00 PM or check-out after 12:00 PM; the check-out grace period is 2:00 PM. After that, a fee of R$30.00 is charged to stay in the property until 6:00 PM.
The New Year's Eve and Carnival package is for 7 nights.
We do not offer check-in or check-out on December 30th, 31st, and January 1st, 2023, nor check-out on Ash Wednesday.
I don't accept cats and dogs.

Building rules:
Upon arrival at the entrance, identify yourself and provide your apartment number; failure to do so will result in your entry being denied.
When going to the beach you can exit through the main entrance, but when returning from the beach use the garage lift.
No entry allowed inside the building, it's full of sand.
Making noise, loud music after 10 PM
until 8:00 in the morning.
Using drugs in the building.
Disturbing residents.
Fights inside the building or apartment.
The building manager can call the police in case of rule violations.
And if this happens in my property, the guest must leave the apartment.

House rules:
It is forbidden to bring people into the apartment to sleep without informing the owner beforehand.
Additional guests pay.
If you lose your key after 10 PM, call a locksmith to open the door, and I can bring another key at 10 AM if I'm notified.
It is forbidden to take the towels provided for the beach; if one gets stained with sun cream, you will be charged for a new towel.
Close the window if it is raining and when leaving the property.
No pets allowed in the apartment.
Please remove sand from your body upon returning from the beach and before entering the apartment, as sand in the shower stall can clog it.
Do not throw leftover food down the kitchen sink, as it will clog it.
Any problems with blockages are the tenant's responsibility and they will be responsible for paying for the unblocking.
