The detached holiday home Villa REY, in a very quiet location, is located in Playas de Vera (Almeria) in the urbanization of Puerto de Rey, approx. 100 m from the wide sandy beach.

Guests are also available

which are located in this urbanization at about 400 m from Villa REY.

The pool area is open during Easter and from early June to late September.
All other areas are open all year round.

La casa se encuentra ubicada a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa, es bastante amplia y tenía muchas cosas que no necesitamos comprar, algo que se agradece bastante, el aire acondicionado ayuda bastante para la época de verano ya que hay mucha humedad; la comunicación con el profesional inmobiliario es muy rápida y cualquier duda la tienes resuelta en poco tiempo. Las imágenes corresponden perfectamente con la realidad. Un placer habernos alojado durante esta semana

Penosa estancia en Vera

La casa estaba sucia el día que llegamos que tuvimos que hacer una limpieza integral de la casa, no solo eso también tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos en la puerta de la casa para poder entrar. Faltaban cubiertos en la cocina y tuvimos que ir a comprar el primer día. La piscina de la urbanización se encuentra a 15 minutos de la casa andando (es más rápido llegar a la playa). La nevera no enfriaba las cosas y para calentar el agua caliente teníamos que estar 30 minutos esperando. En la planta de arriba la televisión no funcionaba y el aire se apagaba a ratos. Hay cámaras por toda la casa observando lo que hacen y se llegaron a mover cuando estábamos tranquilamente comiendo para apuntarnos a nosotros, no se puede descansar con 1 persona mirando por una cámara lo que haces en todo momento. La estancia en vera con amigos ha sido increible, pero si queréis pasar unos días de desconexión no vayáis a esta casa porque no se está tranquilo y pasas más tiempo pendiente de cómo comer o ducharte que de realmente disfrutar del verano

La casa es espaciosa y está muy completa. Mejor que en las fotografías. Es un chalet de dos plantas, la superior con entrada independiente. Andando a la playa y a la piscina. Zona muy tranquila. Sin problema para aparcar en la calle

MUY BUENA SITUACION

El chalet se encuentra a 100m de la playa y es muy agradable con varias terrazas. La casa esta limpia. No nos gusto el trato de la persona que se encarga de la gestión de la casa. El jardín y fundamentalmente la Barbacoa no está limpia ni cumple los mínimos requisitos para poderla usar. Necesite comprar una parrilla nueva. La persona que nos atendió nos indico que la limpieza no estaba incluido en el servicio de limpieza. ( algo que no aparece en el contrato). Y que habían estado 10 chicas antes que nosotros y no le dio tiempo a limpiarla bien. Había restos de latas y vasos por el jardin. Tampoco nos gusta que existan cámaras perimetrales por toda la casa sin nuestro consentimiento a la hora de grabar o vernos. En definitiva la casa es muy chula y está en muy buena zona, pero el trato no fue todo lo correcto que se debe.

La casa es perfecta, tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar y más, la casa está muy limpia y el anfitrión te resuelve todas las dudas. Es un sitio ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos de playa. Desde luego la recomiendo y nosotros seguro que volvemos.

Fantastic villa in excellent location

We've just come back from the villa. 2 families with 3 children aged 9, 9 and 8. The villa is very closed to the beach which is a really long beach (6 kms I believe). Everything in the house was as we were expecting. The resort is very relaxing and family orientated. We felt really safe. Plenty of Chiringuitos to have a tapa and a drink!
