Positives. Great value, peaceful location, nice sized, big pool, air conditioning through out. You will need a car as it’s a fair distance from Mojacar itself Negatives. Bit dated decor but that was clear on the photos and it was excellent value so can’t complainPool could do with a good scrub as a lot of dirt/grime on the bottom of it I think the fact that two bedrooms are downstairs by pool and not accessible from the main villa should be made clearer as that was an issue for me as three of the rooms were for children. Felt uncomfortable not all being in the same house. Overall highly recommended Host was friendly and helpful

A weeks base to play golf

This villa was just what we needed as a base for a weeks golf. The property is in a very quiet peaceful area It has every oh need Only slight negatives were: some of the drinking glasses were dirty, villa is up in the hills so you need a car to go out. Buy this can also be a positive as it is so peaceful. The property is full of personal belongings and big outdated but is n Spain Overall extremely good value for money (between 6 of us for a week) comfortable, quiet, lovely outdoor space

3 Generation family holiday

The property had great living and leisure options and a lovely pool. Having a full kitchen downstairs next to the pool was really useful. Our party was 2 children (4 & 5), parents and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the property would have comfortably suited 2 more at least. Wieland our host was extremely responsive to all our needs and corrected any little glitches asap. He was very accommodating of our late arrival due to issues with baggage and hire cars and ensured we were shown where to get something to eat even though it was past 10pm. We would definitely go again. The property is a little way from beaches and main town, which suited us perfectly as quiet and peaceful so a car would be needed really as 20 minute walk to beach area.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Mojacar. La maison était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, très bien entretenue tout au long de notre séjour, le calme, les appareils électroménagers récents et performants, la literie confortable et la climatisation partout dans la maison. Le jardin est accessible depuis la terrasse de la piscine, via quelques marches. Il est très bien clôturé : aucun risque pour les animaux aventuriers. La situation de la maison est parfaite avec l'autoroute rapidement accessible en voiture pour rayonner dans la région et à 15/20 minutes à pied des plages très étendues et très vivantes de Mojacar. C'est une station balnéaire parfaite qui correspond à tous les gouts. La plage des chiens est également plutôt grande et confortable, rare en Espagne. Si nous devions formuler une petite recommandation, elle serait d'ajouter un peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine d'été, et peut-être, de moderniser table, chaises et transats autour de la piscine pour rendre l'espace plus confortable. Ceci étant dit, ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour et de bien profiter. Aux alentours, le village de Mojacar, la cabo de gata, Almeria, le desert de Tabernas et son mini Hollywood, les nombreuses criques, le château de Lorca... et si vous prévoyez votre séjour en 2027, vous serez aux 1eres loges pour voir l'éclipse totale du 2 août Merci à Wieland pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance.

Mooie ruime villa

We hebben een mooie fietsvakantie beleefd in Mojacar. De villa is ruim en gelegen in een rustige buurt. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Der perfekte Ort für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Wer dem deutschen Schmuddelherbst entfliehen will, kann sich hier mehr als wohlfühlen! Auch im November noch angenehme Temperaturen und ein tolles Haus mit Atmosphäre und vielen Möglichkeiten, auch für unseren Hund. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht mehr brandneu, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Verwalter war sehr sympathisch und immer für uns da. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

A lovely villa with a very friendly and efficient manager

The villa and pool is in a lovely location on the outskirts of Mojacar playa. The villa is well equipped and because of the extreme temperatures the air conditioning provided was an absolute necessity. Would recommend the use of a car and maybe the bed linen be updated but all in all a lovely villa and we had a great holiday thank you.

Fantastic private property

A beautiful property in a great location for us - far enough from the hustle & bustle to be quiet and peaceful but near enough to access the beaches and bars/restaurants. Would recommend a car as it is a bit of a walk down in the heat. Split level accommodation was good for our extended family. Pool was amazing! Great communication with the owner, any questions/problems were dealt with promptly! All-in-all an amazing week in beautiful Mojacar! (Inside picture online do not do the property justice!)
