Location was great. Very clean. Lots of plastic plants. Constant music vibration beginning early afternoon and continuing until morning. So constant. Otherwise it was good.

The apartment was clean and just enough space for my family of four. The beds were comfortable. Communications with the host were excellent. He was quick to respond and checking in was a breeze. The location is fabulous. Away from the craziness but with easy access to the subway. The surrounding area felt safe to walk even late at night. Plenty of great restaurants within a close distance. The kitchen is basic. Just enough for us to make breakfast before we headed out for the day and we pretty much ate out for the rest of our meals.

Great place and very convenient, with easy access to the subway. I arrived late, and the self check-in process was simple and hassle-free thanks to the clear instructions Theo provided by email. Everything was straightforward and well organised. I didn’t use the kitchen, but overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Very hot due to only 1 of 3 AC windows units installed. When I told host twice, he would argue they were installed instead of sending someone to fix it. Only after we checked out he said we would send electrician to fix it.

The place is nice (basic but that's ok) but a few things of note. While the host was initially helpful we asked for a late check out for our final day. The host would not even bother to check if someone else was going to be in the unit and if it had to be cleaned that day (we left on a Monday so there was a reasonable chance no one was checking in right away). Nevertheless he just dismissed our request without even checking. That was disappointing as it was just lazy. Security isn't great. The front door to the street was often ajar as it would not close unless slammed. Later the door was broken leaving it easy to open. Stairs are missing railings which would not be good for someone older.

Apt as described and pics are accurate. Clean. Cute. Good linens. Kitchen has basic supplies. We ate out. Location is great. Lots food, groc, bars close by and easy access to trains to get around. It’s NYC sized apt (as expected) with a very functional layout. 3 adults worked fine. Front bedroom is on 1st Ave so if you are sensitive to noise or new to NYC bring ear plugs. I always use an eye mask as well. AC worked great. Instructions were super with videos on how to checkin. Host was very proactive and responsive. Three suggestions for better experience - 1) a little coffee and filters for the first morning (we arrived very late) and 2) front room bed needs some TLC. It sinks in the middle making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3) info provided on where the fees will be charged. I canceled my cc bc I thought it was fraud. Was able to sort it out but kinda a pain to have to change my card. Would definitely consider staying again if the bed is addressed. It’s a great alternative to hotel.

We searched forever to find something that fit our group of 4 and was affordable. This place was great. It's tight, but what isn't in NYC? There were some well thought out areas and space was maximized. The house is in a GREAT area that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and markets. I will say the original pictures on the listing are not of the apartment we stayed in and the address is that if the management company. As soon as you book you get pictures of the apartment you'll be in and the address. Communication was great from beginning to end!

L'appartement est petit mais bien agencé, très propre, bien équipé et confortable. De là on accède facilement aux principaux sites d'attraction de Manhattan en transports en commun. La description et les photos correspondent bien aux lieux. A noter toutefois que la pièce de vie n'offre qu'une toute petite fenêtre sur cour, elle est sombre.Par ailleurs, si la chambre du fond du couloir est au calme, celle côté rue est très bruyante (on est au 1er étage sur une avenue), durant toute la nuit.
