Newly Renovated Luxury 4-Bdr Villa with Seaview, Pool and AC in Les Issambres

Unwind in Les Issambres at this charming villa with exceptional sea views. With four bedrooms featuring two king bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and bunk bed and twin bed triple room, there’s plenty of space for everyone. We have 3 shower rooms (2 are ensuite and include WCs) as well as two separate WCs, that add convenience and comfort. Guests can also make use of a delightful office area in the mezzanine, complete with two futon beds, perfect for work or extra guests. The house stays comfortable year-round with both heating and air conditioning. We are walking distance to the beach (1 min), to restaurants (1 min), to a mini mart (1 min) and tennis courts (10 mins). Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this fantastic villa offers a welcoming retreat.

Our family had a blast staying here. The house is easy to find and the location is great. Everything inside was clean and well maintained. The house info and instructions were clear and detailed. The air conditioning worked great because it was HOT outside. The pool was clean and very comfortable, and there are lots of restaurants and activities within a short drive. 5-stars, we're booking again for next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mark and Leonora's villa and would recommend it without hesitation. The home is even more beautiful than the photos. Everything is newly renovated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and every amenity you could need. It truly feels like a luxury 5-star villa.The location couldn't be better. Being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local market made our stay so easy, while still enjoying a peaceful setting with spectacular sea views. The outdoor space was our favorite part. The pool was spotless, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, family meals, or a glass of wine while taking in the view.The layout is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space and multiple bathrooms that made getting ready effortless. Every detail has clearly been considered, and our small kids had plenty of space to spread out.Mark and Leonora were exceptional hosts. Communication was prompt and friendly from booking through checkout, check-in was seamless, and they provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. They genuinely care that their guests have an outstanding experience.If you're considering staying in the gem of Les Issambres, book this villa. SUCH a gorgeous house and garden. Perfect for our family… so much space! Layout works really well for a big family. Really clean with everything you could need. Lovely stay with our family. Property is well maintained in a great location. Ability to walk to a couple shops and restaurants, as well as a small beach. Views of the ocean were spectacular! Would love to stay again.
