Beach house in beautiful surroundings of forest & sea

'Sea breeze 257'. Our beautiful beach house lives up to its name! Here you only hear the sound of the sea and the birds chirping.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
A maximum of 1 dog per booking can be booked for an additional charge.

Modernized in 2017, the house has a new cozy sofa and a large flat screen TV in the living area.

Upstairs, the floor covering was renewed and on the gallery, a futon bed sleeps 2 people (mattress 140 x 200 cm).

Relax in our whirlpool, or on the colder days in our sauna. Relax with a cup of tea or a glass of red wine in our light-flooded gallery or in front of the fireplace.

Our house is an idyll in every season! The long white sandy beach is only 50m away. Ideal in autumn or winter after the sauna - in only 2 minutes you are on the water!
Start directly at the house and make miles of beach hikes to Sellin or in the other direction to Göhren.
A tip: Get up early. It's worth it - the sunrises on the island are an experience that will be remembered for a long time to come.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.
