Belle vue,mais !

Ayant déjà occupé 5 fois cet appartement ,il est sur que la vu ,l emplacement et le confort de l appartement est optimal. Mais venant depuis quelque années L 'appartement porte de plus en plus des stigmates de moisissure,surtout sur le plafond de la chambre à couché. Une rénovation serai pas du luxe.

Fantastisch

Beste Lage, Parkplatz war mega, rundum alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war auch sehr gut, Schlüsselabholung auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeit gar kein Problem. Das einzige was etwas störend ist, dass man im gesamten Haus keinen Telefonempfang hat und keinen Empfang für mobile Daten hat. Eine Zubuchung von WiFi ist unerlässlich.

Très belle vue mais matériel très limité

Très belle vue de l'appartement, proche du centre historique de Saint Malo. Le parking est indispensable dans la zone si l'on vient en voiture car il n'y a pas de place pour se garer. Les points négatifs sont le manque de matériel, notamment dans la cuisine : pas de grande casserole, pas de couvercle de poele, pas de couteau pour découper, ... et la literie pas très confortable Enfin les draps n'étaient pas adaptés à la taille du grand lit. Sinon le reste de l'appartement est bien.

Retrouvailles en famille

Emplacement et vue exceptionnels. Accueil très agréable à l'agence. Réfrigérateur en panne ( un deuxième à été apporté en remplacement après signalement). Un kit avec galets lave vaisselle et lessive était dans l'appartement alors qu'il n'y avait ni lave vaisselle ni lave linge... en revanche juste quelques cm3 de liquide vaisselle en dose individuelle. Un rouleau de papier aurait également été apprécié à l'arrivée.

Face à la mer

bel appart face à la mer, très lumineux . très petit coin de cuisine avec le nécessaire en vaisselle. Chambre avec vue, nécessite néanmoins un rafraichissement! ménage dans la chambre à revoir! emplacement ideal
