This is a very nice condo in a great location. The walk to Broadway is easy. The views from the balcony are awesome and we could hear the music from the CMA fest. The pool is also very nice. We had a few hiccups when we got there as far as some things wrong in the condo, but the owner was very attentive and they were taken care of right away. We were very pleased with our host and the location. It was easy, check-in and easy checkout.!! We would definitely stay here again!

The place is great. Very quiet other than early morning trains. A bit of a walk to Broadway but it is all downhill! I recommend ride shares to get back, though. I will definitely stay here again!!

Exactly as described. This place was right over the water with a great view. The beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless and secure. Broadway is close enough to enjoy but far enough that the neighborhood is peaceful. The outdoor space and pool were so nice. If we ever come back to Nashville, would stay here again.
