This home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need on hand. We were easily able to grab an Uber or Lyft to downtown and appreciated the off-street parking. Owners were very responsive.

The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied (kitchen, bath etc.) The neighborhood, while close to downtown, was not really walkable as streets were very busy and some areas were a little "sketchy" from a safety standpoint. Easy Uber access and we enjoyed our visit to Nashville and would consider staying at this location again. I look forward to seeing how the neighborhood will improve in the next few years.

This house was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The layout of the house is ideal with two separate sleeping areas and two full baths. Fully equipped with everything you need, and beautifully decorated! I wouldn’t recommend walking into town because the streets are very busy with fast traffic. Would definitely recommend!

Property was very nice, just as shown in the listing. Interesting artwork throughout. We liked that our vehicle could be secured in the fenced area in back while we Ubered to and from town. Everyone we interacted with - from the property manager to the cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend if you need somewhere close to downtown Nashville.

We loved this house! It is super clean, well taken care of and was nicely decorated. It is close to downtown so you could walk or take an Uber for a 5 minute drive. We had a vehicle and it was securely inside of the property grounds. The house is also secure with an alarm system so we had no worries. The house had everything we needed. You won't be disappointed if you choose this property. We would definitely rent this property in the future if we travel back to Nashville.
