Property good if you are bringing your dog. Fence is fully fenced and it’s just a few blocks from pet friendly Regan Beach. It also close to many restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

Green cabin could easily accommodate our family of 5. The house could use a deep cleaning. Lots of dust strings hanging from the ceiling and some dead bugs in the shower when we arrived. The backyard was really dirty. Trees are dirty, I get it, but it looked like the yard hadn’t been brushed off in a long time. Lastly, the house has no AC so staying in the summer is uncomfortable. Fans are in the room but with the house reaching over 80 degrees each day, it took a long time for the temp to drop over night and want to put on a blanket.

More of a winter rental unit....

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fine, but the back deck and yard could have been cleaned up a bit. The master bathroom floor had sticky stuff (glue?) oozing out from the cracks. I put toilet paper on it so it would not stick to my socks - and we left it there so the cleaning staff would see it. The big poofy cushion chair is worthless.

Thank you for the honest review we appreciate. It has been impossible to keep up on the pine pollen this season-it has fallen fast and thick. We will definitely check out what is going on in the bathroom, that is very odd.
