About the host
Hosted by Andrei
We are a family from the Boston area who loves the charm and beauty of Cape Cod. As frequent travelers, we understand the importance of a comfortable and welcoming home base. We enjoy outdoor activities, exploring local cuisine, and spending quality time at the beach. Hosting allows us to share our love for Hyannis with others, ensuring our guests have a memorable and relaxing stay. We take pride in providing a well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped home for our visitors.
Why they chose this property
We chose this Harwich neighborhood because it captures classic Cape Cod living at its most effortless — where beaches, bays, trails, and town life come together without compromise. Harwich is one of those places where everyday feels like a vacation day: scenic water views, gentle ocean breezes, and the kind of walkable streets that invite relaxed mornings and spontaneous afternoon adventures.
Location was everything for us. Here you’re minutes from renowned Nantucket Sound beaches — perfect for early morning swims or sunset strolls — and still close to Lewis Bay and the marina for boating, fishing, and waterfront views that feel quintessentially Cape.
What we really love is how connected and convenient it all feels. You’re just a short ride from Harwich Port’s shops and restaurants, bike paths that stretch for miles (including the Cape Cod Rail Trail), and charming local spots where you can pick up coffee, seafood, or an ice cream on a summer’s afternoon.
Even with all that nearby, the streets themselves are peaceful and welcoming — the kind of neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, leave your bike unlocked, and come home long after sunset without feeling rushed. That balance of activity and tranquility is what makes this part of the Cape special — and exactly why we chose it.
What makes this property unique
What truly sets this home apart is how consistently it delivers on every front—space, location, comfort, and an exceptionally thoughtful hosting experience.
Guests repeatedly highlight how well-equipped and generously stocked the house is. From a fully loaded kitchen and laundry supplies to beach gear, extra amenities, and thoughtful extras, visitors feel taken care of the moment they arrive. It’s not a “bare-bones rental”—it’s a home that anticipates what you’ll need and already has it waiting.
The location is another standout. Guests love being just minutes from a beautiful private beach while still close to town, restaurants, shops, and multiple Cape Cod beaches. It’s the kind of central-but-peaceful setting that lets you explore all day and come home to quiet evenings—something reviewers consistently point out as a major plus.
Space and comfort come up again and again. The home comfortably accommodates families and groups, with plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors. Reviewers mention comfortable beds, large living areas, a private backyard, and outdoor spaces that make relaxing effortless. Several guests note how private and tranquil the property feels despite its proximity to everything.
What really seals it, though, is the host experience. Reviewers repeatedly mention responsive, proactive, and genuinely caring hosts—quick to respond, generous with local recommendations, and attentive without being intrusive. That level of hospitality turns a great house into a repeat destination, and many guests explicitly say they would return without hesitation.
In short, this property stands out because it combines a prime Cape Cod location, a truly well-stocked and spacious home, and hosting that makes guests feel welcomed, supported, and eager to come back.
