The primary suite features a king-size bed, while three additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping options for the rest of your group. Extra pillows and blankets are available, along with room-darkening shades to help ensure a restful night.

The home is designed for comfort and ease, with several inviting areas to relax or connect. An indoor fireplace adds a cozy touch, while entertainment options include a TV, books, board games, and a Nintendo Switch. A children’s playroom offers a dedicated indoor space with toys, books, and games for younger guests.

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared meals or casual gatherings. Coffee is available to start your mornings with ease.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, dining spaces, and laundry facilities. You’ll also have access to the private garage and driveway for secure, convenient parking.

This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds — a calm, comfortable home base with easy access to beaches, city attractions, and major roadways throughout Norfolk and the Hampton Roads region.



Getting Around:

Getting around from this location is easy and convenient, especially with a car.



🚙 Driving is recommended for the best experience, as most beaches, restaurants, and attractions are just a short drive away.

🏙 Downtown Norfolk — home to waterfront dining, museums, and entertainment — is approximately 15–20 minutes away.



✈️ Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is about a 10–12 minute drive, making arrivals and departures stress-free.

Sidewalks are present for casual neighborhood walks, but for groceries, dining, and sightseeing, driving or rideshare is the most practical option.

🧹 Cleaning Fees (If Applicable)

- Smoking indoors: $250

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel



🚰 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush items that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



🎒 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items left behind may be shipped within one week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping costs + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipments)



👥 Guests

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests = immediate cancellation without refund + removal from the property

- Unapproved additional guests: $75 per person

- The main guest is responsible for all damages caused by their party



⏰ Late Checkout

- $60 per hour (pro-rated) if you stay beyond checkout without approval

- Complimentary late checkout may be offered if requested before the day of departure (subject to cleaning team availability)
