5 Townhouse Manor: Where Every Stay Becomes a Story
5 Townhouse Manor is a 3BR/3 BA Pottery Barn inspired townhome, offering unmatched lagoon and golf course views.
Boasting a massive double patio and plenty of private green space, guests can’t help but relax and enjoy the rich low country wildlife, breathtaking views, and the uniquely beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
This newly renovated property features brand new luxury plank flooring, fresh paint, and brand new Pottery Barn and Coastal Living inspired furnishings throughout.
Comfortably sleeping 10 guests, this stunning property offers a number of unique amenities that make this an unparalleled choice for multi-generational families.
The entrance to the property, as well as the entire first floor, embraces a stair-free, open concept floor plan.
The great room was designed specifically for large family gatherings. Highlights of this space include an extra long sofa, comfortable chairs, a large smart TV, and direct access to beautiful and private outdoor patio.
Complete with lounge chairs for sun bathing, a seating area for conversation and cocktails, and a separate dining table for six, the patio space was designed to maximize this property’s uniquely large outdoor living space.
In addition the the great room, the first floor is host to a dining area, kitchen, (2) two bedrooms and (2) two full bathrooms.
The dining room area features spectacular lagoon views and is equipped with a table and coastal inspired chairs to accommodate up to 8 guests.
An extremely well stocked kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook with lagoon view, and a uniquely dedicated coffee bar. For your grilling pleasure, this kitchen has direct access to an additional private patio equipped with a gas grill and seating area so your grill master doesn’t have to grill alone!
On the main floor, guests will have their choice of two bedrooms.
The Charleston Room features a comfortable queen size bed, leather recliner, dresser and matching nightstands, smart TV, two large closets, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The highlight of the Charleston Room is the stunning lagoon and golf course views as well as the sliding door access to the generous outdoor living space.
Down the hall, guests will find The Savannah Room, comfortably outfitted with two (2) queen size beds, dresser, nightstand with USB ports, large closet, and it’s own private entrance/exit to the patio at the front of the unit. Guests choosing the Savannah Room have access to the hall bathroom complete with a tiled, walk-in shower.
The second floor of this property features design elements that truly make this property stand out among the rest.
At the top of the stairs, guests will find The Lending Library Loft. This unique space is complete with comfortable sleeper sofa, seating area, and a library of assorted books for the guests to enjoy during their stay.
The Daufuskie Room, also on the second floor, is the property’s third full bedroom. It features a king size bed, a recliner, a dresser and two nightstands, lamps with USB ports, smart TV, two large closets, and a desk and chair to be used as a designated work space. Guests who choose the Daufuskie Room will be enthralled by the spectacular lagoon and golf course views and will enjoy access to their own private balcony. Complete with bistro style table and chairs, the view from this private balcony is absolutely stunning.
Completing the second floor is perhaps, the most unique space of all. The Kids Cove has been designed with the kids and teens of the family in mind! Younger guests can retreat to The Cove to chill out after an action packed day at the beach. This awesome space includes comfortable seating for movie watching and lounging, a wide selection of family-friendly movies, a DVD player, classic board games, and a children’s library. Complete with a 65 inch smart TV and PS-4, this movie theater/game room is just for them.
Outdoors, guests of this luxurious rental retreat have access to the amenities specific to Shipyard and the Townhouse Tennis complex.
The unique amount of private green space around this property make it perfect for guests to enjoy a complimentary game of corn hole.
Just steps from 5 Townhouse Manor, guests will find the community pool and brand new tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided complimentary pickleball paddles and pickleballs for their enjoyment during their stay.
