This is truly a wonderful property! The owners have clearly put a tremendous amount of thought and care into creating a beautiful home with fantastic amenities for families to enjoy. The house is lovely, well-appointed, and offers so much for a memorable getaway. We genuinely loved the property and would happily give the home itself five stars! The only unfortunate part of our stay was an uncomfortable interaction with the neighbors. While our families were outside preparing our bikes for the following day, we were confronted rather aggressively about neighborhood rules, parking, and property boundaries, despite our understanding that we were following all of the rental guidelines. It seems the neighboring residents may be particularly sensitive to having vacation rental guests next door. While we completely understand and respect the importance of being considerate neighbors, the interaction left us feeling somewhat uncomfortable enjoying the outdoor amenities for fear of additional confrontation.I want to emphasize that this is absolutely not a reflection of the home itself or the effort the owners have put into making it such a special place. It is simply something future guests may want to be aware of.We have stayed in many rentals over the years, and this was a first for us. It certainly wouldn’t prevent us from recommending this beautiful home, but we hope the neighboring situation can be resolved so future guests can fully relax and enjoy what it has to offer.
