This house was amazing for our group of 14 adults and Edward was an incredibly responsive and helpful host! The pool felt even bigger than the photos showed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 12, including 3 kids under 7 and 2 adults that require wheelchairs had a wonderful stay at this property. It was as advertised, quiet, and clean. We especially liked the misters on the patio and the area by the pool along with the pizza oven. Our oldest grandchild really loved the Mario cart game. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Stayed at the Carefree Casa for our annual guys golf trip in the desert. We've done this trip for several years now and this was the best place we've ever stayed all things considered. The location/neighborhood, house layout, number of rooms, game room, pool table, pool/spa, fully stocked kitchen, etc all made for an enjoyable stay. Hosted smoothly by Edward, who provided great details in advance and during check-in, and was very responsive when we sent a message, and checkout couldn't have been easier. We would absolutely stay here again next year!

We booked Carefree Casa for my wife's 40th birthday with a big multi-family group (kids from 2 to 13), and it was perfect from start to finish. The house lives up to every photo, the kids swam morning to night, they practically moved into the garage arcade, and pizza night at the outdoor oven ended up being one of the best memories of the whole trip. The space is the real star: plenty of room for our whole group to spread out and never feel on top of each other, and the casita was a great bonus for extra privacy. What really set this stay apart was Edward. He's the most responsive, accommodating host we've ever dealt with — he answered every question quickly and clearly before we booked, helped us solve parking for our whole group, and made everything easy from day one. You can tell he genuinely cares that his guests have a great stay. The home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, so it's best suited for groups that keep the evenings mellow — which suited our family crew perfectly. We'd book again without hesitation. If you're planning a family getaway or a milestone celebration done the right way, this is your house. Thank you, Edward!
