We had a great family getaway thanks to this property. It had everything we needed with the pool, spacious rooms, large couch, and a full ice machine to name a few! The little details included were great. Host was also communicative and had a detailed binder for all our questions. We would stay here again!

Prior to arrival, the host did an amazing job sharing all the details I needed for my stay. Check in instructions were clear and detailed. The house was amazing. It had plenty of room for our guests and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gas fireplace outside. My friends kept saying “this house is awesome” and I couldn’t agree more.

This property was great since it was a good fit for my family. The salt water pool was great with some umbrella shade and included pool toys. The kids aged five through twelve spent most of their time there and had virtually no issues with chlorine. My family also enjoyed the air conditioned game room with ping pong, pool and arcade games. Having a one story house with ample bedrooms with clean sheets/linens and ample towels was great. The host provided a kitchen with many different options for cooking/eating with come condiments and coffee options which made our stay more comfortable since we did not have to go to the store for everything. Janet, our host was excellent in quickly responding to questions and resolve minor items and questions. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this property.

We had an awesome stay! The house was super spacious and perfect for our group. The kids had a blast with the arcade, pool, and putting green—there was always something fun to do. The big communal area made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Would definitely come back!

Janet were really nice with us, the house is bigger that it look like on the pictures and everything is really clean, kitchen's are fully equipped with everything you would need, even more that you were thinking, room are spacious and beds are so comfortable, game room and pool are amazing

We had an amazing stay over our family’s Christmas holiday. Our host was so helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The game room is huge with so many different games! Both kids and adults enjoyed it. The backyard is what sold us on the house and it definitely proved to be true. So spacious with many areas to sit. The pool was comfortable and warm even in winter. Overall highly recommended!

This was an amazing and memorable stay. We enjoyed the home very much. Everything was as described, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The amenities were awesome and never ending. This house had it all! I wish we stayed longer to enjoy everything. Our stay wasn’t over and our group was already discussing a future return to this home. Communication was prompt and guidance was clear. We hope to be back sooner than later.

Janet is an outstanding host! She has thought of everything to make her home feel like your home. A very well stocked kitchen to make cooking so much fun. A very nice BBQ area overlooking the pool. TV’s in every bedroom, charging stations for phones etc, plenty of linens, pool towels, water toys for the pool, outdoor play station, putting green, a game room in the garage and so much more! A bonus is a small nursery in the master bedroom if needed. Our family of 11 stayed at the home for our Christmas gift to each other and we truly had a magical Christmas celebration!

Better than expected

The house if awesome. The pics are really good, but they don't do the house justice. There is WAY more space and the toys are plentiful. Plus - and maybe my favorite - the house was totally stocked with all the things you need. For example, the Keurig had pods, sugar and creamer. Loved it.

What a wonderful family stay we had! It's the perfect home to host a few families in and we are already thinking about a future trip since our experience was so great. Everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Janet was incredibly communicative and accommodating, and getting in was super easy (yet secure). The rooms seemed pristine, well-decorated, homey, and stocked with ALL the essentials. I have stayed in so many rental homes, and this was by far the best stocked, equipped and fun home ever. From the entire closet of baby/toddler needs, the kitchen gadgets that were so fun (Shaved ice machine, milkshake machine, THREE coffee options), to a garage FILLED with fun toys and games, a pool area with such a great baja and a stocked bin of pool toys, AND a side yard with putting green, oversized jenga, cornhole and jumbo Connect 4. They thought of everything, and it made our stay so fun. Usually a house provides ONE paper towel, maybe soap, maybe shampoo, definitely not detergent, and just an extra towel or two...Janet's home really felt like they cared and it was meant for you to just relax and not run to the store each moment. All of these things were plentiful and for us to use. The misters outside were a lovely touch. The BBQ and outside sitting area was wonderful, and the primary room had a lovely and huge bathroom. Finally, the garage -- darts, arcade, shuffleboard, pool, ping pong...it was heaven for a family to enjoy! Thank you for being such great hosts!

The Perfect Family Vacation!

We had the most incredible stay! Janet was beyond accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself was absolutely perfect – in great shape and had everything we needed and then some. The game room was a hit with everyone, with shuffleboard, arcade games, pool, ping pong, a poker table, and a basketball shooting game. And the outdoor space also had so much to do with the heated pool and spa, outdoor games (bocce ball, mini golf, huge connect 4), spacious shaded dining area with a massive table that fit our large family of 10 adults and 3 kids, an outdoor kitchen and even a pizza oven!The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable – from a snowcone machine and milkshake machine to an ice maker, coffee machine, espresso machine, Keurig, etc. Sleeping wise we all comfortably fit across the 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom had a little room off to the side with everything needed for a baby/toddler.We honestly never even left the house during our 5 night stay because there was so much to do and enjoy onsite. We're so thankful to have found this place and grateful to Janet for sharing her incredible space with us. Highly recommend!
