With 5 suites (all with blackout curtains) with king beds, 3 sofa beds, and a bunk room (also with blackout curtains) with 3 queen bunk beds there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests enjoy 9 bathrooms, (6 full bathrooms) each featuring a shower and hair dryer for added comfort. The villa keeps you comfortable year-round with AC. Five bedrooms have blackout curtains. We have an enormous pool, lap pool, gym room and a rooftop jacuzzi as well as quick 2 min walk to a private beach. Beach has its own mini reef with turtles, fish and lobster. Large veranda and entertainment areas. Comfortable media room. The views are stunning! This house has every comfort and luxury you can think of, including a gym with treadmill and weights and an elevator. We have solar panels and a generator. Safely inside the Ditleff HOA. BRAND NEW! We are safe in a gorgeous gated peninsula facing the Virgin Islands national park. The house has 270 degree water views! Cruz Bay is less than 10 minutes away by car.
