The Peter Bay Beach House is the only rental villa located directly on the beach in Lower Peter Bay, St. John, USVI. Sandwiched between Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay and surrounded by National Park, Peter Bay is a gated community with the most prestigious address on St. John.

Drag your beach chair 40 yds from the veranda to surfs edge and enjoy your early morning coffee with the tarpons and pelicans. In the afternoon, snorkel with the turtles and rays or take a short trip over to Cinnamon, Maho, or Trunk Bay for a change of scenery.

This property has a 400kw generator capable of running the entire property.

Great Experience

The house was incredible overall but had a couple of obstacles that took a couple of days to adjust. The main living quarters (living room and kitchen area are non-air conditioned. This was good during the day because it forced you outside but was a bit uncomfortable at night while preparing dinner, etc… also, the bunk room is attached to the master bedroom with several different step ups and downs with dark wood colored floors. This caused our young children to fall several times during our visit. The location, available amenities and beach/pool more than made up for the negatives. We’ll be back now that we’re better prepared.

Joseph, About 90% of the AC equipment for air-conditioning the LR/kitchen is on island, awaiting two more pieces caught 'up in the supply chain. Hope to have that completed by late August if all goes well. Good to know about lack of lighting from room with bunk beds. Possibly some motion sensor lights of some sort. Better than the pictures

Very clean, perfect location, wonderful property. Would absolutely rent this beach house again. It is a property and location that you have to experience for yourself to fully understand. I just don't have the words other than it is even better than the pictures.

Best location on the island!

This house is stunning and the location is even better! We came as two families and the layout was perfect. There was plenty of room for privacy. The house manager, Tommy was so nice and very attentive. The only thing I found odd was that the common are of the house was not air conditioned. It was fine while we were there because there was a nice breeze, but I can imagine it gets pretty hot in the summer months.

Wonderful week in paradise!

Our whole family had an amazing vacation at this beautiful beach house. The home was stocked with everything you need, the property manager was responsive and informative, Tommy was the nicest, most helpful jack of all trades and the view was simply indescribable! The charm of this house and the ease of being steps away from having your toes in the sand cannot be beat! Hope to go back :)
