The Space:

Welcome to Salty Heels, a lovely OKI home that is designed with comfort and convenience in mind with its 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The beach access is a 4 minute walk away, so it's super easy to spend a full day on the beach! Chill on the living room couch with a good book or movie after a enjoying a meal that was whipped up by the chef of your group. They will love cooking in the kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils. Afterward, head outside for s'mores around a campfire in the fenced in yard. It's a great area for both children, adults and your furry friends to enjoy. Or, indulge in full vacation mode in the brand new hot tub, coming in March of 2026!



After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower to help keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay. This single-level home provides a stair free experience.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
