Travel upstairs to the main living level and enjoy all the comforts of a weekend getaway. Relax on the beautiful L-shaped couch as you stream a movie, or enjoy a cozy fire in the built-in wood fireplace. A balcony with outdoor seating for 4 is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and take in the stunning mountain views. The living area flows into the dining space with a dining table that seats 6, and a breakfast bar for 3. Just beyond is the newly remodeled kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, and extra counter space, making preparing meals a breeze. The floor is rounded out with a convenient half bath.

There is no AC at this condo. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

The townhouse is a short 30-second walk from the communal parking lot. Please note that the path is uncovered and there are several steps down to the unit from the parking lot, and it may be icy during the winter months. This condo location may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.There is no AC in Tahoe. We welcome well behaved dogs. If you choose to bring your dog there is a $150 fee per pet, max 2.
