From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a magnificent, evocative view, you have access to the living room and kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the ground floor. There are tables and chairs under the pergola in front of the house, and a section of the private garden lies just below it.



A little further up is the large swimming pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape amongst the olive groves. The pool is shared and available to all guests staying at the property. The complex comprises not only holiday flats but also rooms to let, the guests of which also have access to the pool.



The holiday home is ideally situated for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, as well as other interesting towns such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other wine-producing areas (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). The access road is narrow for 1.2 km.
