Maison très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Toutefois, l’annonce était relativement imprécise. En effet, elle ne précisait pas que le parc ainsi que la piscine devait être partagés … La piscine faisant partie ailleurs l’objet de règles d’utilisation assez restrictives. De même, il faut compter environ 30 min en voiture pour rejoindre Florence (et non 10 min comme mentionné dans l’annonce).À noter également la présence de l’autoroute et d’une voie ferrée à proximité (le bruit est supportable mais tout de même présent).Malgré cela nous avons pu profiter d’une maison agréable, bien équipée et bien placée pour aller visiter la toscane.

Nell'annuncio è scritto molto chiaramente che la piscina è condivisa con altri ospiti. Le regole che riguardano l'uso della piscina sono stabilite per legge e non possono essere trasgredite da nessuno, né tantomeno ignorate dall'host che è responsabile davanti alla legge. Come scritto chiaramente nell'annuncio sono necessari 10 minuti di Autostrada per raggiungere Firenze, nessun ospite ha mai segnalato nulla diverso. Autostrada e ferrovia si trovano a circa un km di distanza dalla casa e nessuno a mai avuto niente da ridire. Il signor Aymeric e i suoi ospiti hanno tenuto un comportamento maleducato in piscina e hanno provocato la rottura di un gonfiabile senza neppure segnalarlo: sconsiglio assolutamente questo ospite.

Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour à la villa Il Nibbio. La villa est agréable et conforme à l’annonce. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Toscane. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Des ventilateurs étaient disponibles en quantités suffisantes pour rafraîchir les nuits, car lors de notre séjour c’était la canicule. Carlo a répondu rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions et nous a suggéré plusieurs endroits à visiter. Nous retournerions sans hésiter dans cette villa. Merci pour tous et un merci particulier à Daniela qui était présente lors de notre arrivée et pour nous donner un cours de cuisine directement à la villa ce fut un des points forts de notre voyage.

My children and grandchildren had a fabulous 2-week stay at the beautiful Il Nibbio. It was well-located for exploring Florence, Sienna, the Tyrrhenian Sea, and all parts in-between. Three of the grandchildren took the high-speed train into Rome and explored, returning the next day. There were many rooms for one to slip away for some solitude, and the pool was so refreshing and restful. The very large kitchen is well-equipped and was a preferred gathering place when we weren't exploring or playing in the pool. The house, being 500 years old, is full of historical artifacts that I found fascinating - like staying in a museum. Thank you, Carlo for precious memories!Carol, from San Jose, CA.

Et kæmpe stort hus med mange hyggelige finurligheder. Skøn have og lækkert poolområde. Huset har mange trapper, så uegnet for gangbesværede. Ligger godt ift dagsudflugter til Sienna, Firenze Oisa, Lucca mv. eneste minus der var desværre ikke funktionsdygtige solsenge ved poolen - og virkelig mange myg.

Amazing property and host, what a dream.

We stayed here with a group of friends of 10, we had an amazing time in this beautifully decorated and spacious house. It really felt like a home to us. Next to that we had the pool to ourselves almost all of the time in the beautiful garden. One improvement could be to have fans in the rooms to increase the comfort during the night :) Fabrizio was a wonderful host who was very helpful in every way, thanks a lot for everything.
