4 bedroom home, dog friendly with pool

Welcome to Salt Air Cottage in Carolina Beach!

This is a perfect home for those looking to book a family vacation or perhaps a girl friend getaway!

We offer 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a private back yard pool and you can bring your pup!
Upon entering the home you will find a large open floor plan that offers plenty of seating with a large TV in the living area.
The kitchen is open and allows you to interact with the rest of your group as you are preparing meals. There is a lovely dining table with chairs and bench seating to accomodate everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is a nice walk in pantry to store your food.

The primary bedroom is done in soothing coastal colors, has a king size bed, TV and an ensuite bath for your convenience. This room overlooks the back yard & pool.

The second bedroom also offers a king size bed and wall mounted TV.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed is painted in deep coastal blues and has a wall mounted TV.
There is a full bath in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
The fourth bedroom is off the livingroom and is a the perfect spot for the kiddos or teens in your family. It offers a twin over twin bunk and a full size bunk over a futon which is a great place for viewing movies or on line gaming.

The beach is just a short 4 block walk, we offer a beach wagon and some bikes!
Come back from a day at the beach and relax in the private fenced in back yard with beautiful pool, we provide beach towels so you don't need to worry about packing them. Throw some steaks or fresh seafood out on the gas grill provided.

Whether your lounging poolside, or sitting on the front porch swing with your morning coffee, we think The Salt Air Cottage has everything you need to make a memorable & fun vacation!

We are four blocks from the beach and provide bikes and a beach wagon. We also offer a $200. golf cart credit for all full weeks booked. Just provide us your golf cart contract for the credit. We have plenty of parking for up to four cars.

We allow up to two well behaved dogs with a non-rufundable pet fee. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your dog. We provide, dog bowls, dog towels, and of course some treats for your "Good boy or girl". Note: if you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We charge a non-refundable dog fee.

Check in anytime after 4pm.
Check out by 10am.
You must be 25 or older to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement

All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.
