With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a private backyard pool, and an easy walk to the beach, this home is designed for both comfort and connection.

Step inside to a spacious open-concept living area where everyone can relax together. The cozy living room offers plenty of seating and a large TV—perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly to the living space, so you can cook, snack, and socialize all at once. Enjoy meals at the large dining table with a mix of chairs and bench seating, plus a walk-in pantry for all your groceries and beach snacks.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind:
- Primary Suite: King bed, TV, and private ensuite bath overlooking the backyard and pool
- Second Bedroom: King bed with wall-mounted TV

- Fourth Bedroom (Bonus Bunk Room):
Twin-over-twin bunk, Full-over-futon bunk. Perfect for kids, teens, movie nights, or gaming hangouts

A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo is easily accessible for guests.
