This two-bedroom, one-bath home gives you the best access to Crested Butte. Check out our reviews! We've been vacation renting this home for many years and are so thankful to have guests return year after year.

Located in downtown Crested Butte, just two blocks north of Elk Avenue and all of its restaurants and shops, this neighborhood is central and quiet. The pedestrian bridge at 3rd Street and Totem Pole Park takes you downtown in two minutes.

You can walk or ride to the hiking and biking trails of the Woods Walk, the Lower Loop, and many others.

In CB style, the kitchen and living area are located on the second floor. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open, where you can relax and enjoy the view of Mt. Crested Butte and Red Lady.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one has a Queen Bed with a premier memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed, memory foam mattresses, and a twin on top and a full on the bottom.

The fenced yard offers amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte and a private area to relax and spend more time outside. There's off-street parking for two vehicles.

We had a great stay in CB this past weekend. Lisa was very responsive and super kind to let us check in early as the cleaners were done a bit before check in. We really appreciated that this listing was dog friendly as our two golden retrievers were able to join us on this trip, it’s the perfect dog friendly rental with the backyard being fenced in! The street is quiet and the home was clean. It’s the perfect location as it’s a very short walk to the Main Street and the backyard so peaceful and full of Aspen trees and native plants/wildflowers. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for fun in Crested Butte

Definitely would recommend this property, we had a wonderful time with our two teens! The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk to the Lower Loop trail head and only 5 minutes to the main downtown area with shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle to the ski resort. So happy with our stay!

This is our third time staying at this property. We love the location for ease of access to Elk Ave, trails, and the bus. The house is always clean and the neighborhood quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Mountain Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed here to check out the fall colors and to spend time in town before our wedding here in July. Lisa was a very attentive host and the house was perfect. A few blocks away from town and tucked away on a quiet street. Our dog also loved the back yard! We plan to stay here again in July!
