The stylishly furnished Bergfex vacation apartment is located on the second floor of the Alte Gendarmerie in Übersee. The historic building dates back to 1900 and was lovingly renovated in 2016 by the current owners, preserving historic details. The bright and modern apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fireplace and satellite TV.

The accommodation also has a large east-facing balcony, which invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning sun while looking out over the fantastic mountains. Relax in the beautiful garden on warm summer evenings.
The house is in an absolutely quiet location in the center of Übersee and stores for daily needs as well as public transport (train, bus) are within walking distance. A selection of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as supermarkets are also within walking distance. You can reach the nearest beach after 4.8 km. The popular Chiemsee lake is 8.4km away. Take a trip to Hochplattenbahn in Marquartstein (11km) where you can ride to the top of the mountains and admire some of the most beautiful panoramic views.
