The house was perfect for our family and centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean and easy to use. The host was very communicative and responsive. The house had everything we needed. There is a little bit of construction being done next store that I was not aware of prior to arrival but we really were not negatively impacted.

The cabin is beautiful and elegant. The host responded promptly to whatever we needed. The only issue was no shutters on the two top triangular windows in the master bedroom so the room couldn’t be dark in the morning. We had to use eye covers to sleep in the morning. Other than that, we certainly recommend it!

House was amazing. We did however find a lot of bugs and the house was not that clean when we showed up. There is also construction directly next to the house which made sitting outback impossible during the day. The driveway was blocked sometimes. They also didn’t leave till around 6-7pm. Communication was good. Again the house is beautiful and in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay and vacation until tragedy struck. The hosts were so helpful during this time and were able to offer us another property that was closer to the hospital. The hosts have been super helpful and very responsive. We enjoyed the beautiful cabin, but above that we appreciated their care and concern for us.
