We were in Joplin for mom’s 90th birthday and this place was fantastic for our family to get together. The downstairs is something else if you have kids and want them to entertain themselves.

The house was very nice.There were ants all over the kitchen and got in some food.Maintenance people dropped off equipment before 7 am which was very noisy. Construction worker around the house most of Saturday morning. Pool was under construction and was ready. Lawn furniture was not accessible. Doors to house were not accepting codes well.

Thank you for staying with us! Unfortunately with the amount of rain we have had we have been batteling the small ants. Even with an exterminator coming some times it is a hard battle being close to a wooded area but, I assure you that we are working to eliminate them. We do appologize for the early morning work. When I notified you regarding the work in the back yard I was not expecting crew to arrive on a saturday and tried to have them wrap it up asap. I would like to offer our sincerest appologies for the inconvenience that you may have experienced during your stay.
