Quiet and Comfortable! 5 minutes away from parks/hospitals

The Grand House is located toward the south part of town in a very peaceful area! The house is 5 minutes from hospitals and schools. It is walking distance from restaurants, parks and trails! This house is perfect for a small or large group of people! Do you want a nice, quiet place to relax or do you need a place that is kid friendly and can accommodate several people? We are perfect for both groups! We have a ring camera on the front door to enhance safety and security for our guests! It is important to register the correct number of guests because we get our houses ready based on that number. There are no visitors allowed at any of the houses for safety reasons. We provide a high quality stay at a house with a big back yard and lots of amenities!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Home

Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Communiation with the owner was great and check in and check out was a breeze. Any issues we had was addressed quickly. All the beds were very comfortable & clean. The furnishing and decor were lovely. Great location. We were within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies.

Excellent property for a family stay. Property is exactly as described in the listing. Wonderful, large kitchen, comfortable family room, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Neighborhood was centrally located in quiet neighborhood. Generous host, leaving cookies, and snacks! The host was very responsive and easy to contact. Would recommend this property to all!

The Grand House is grand!!

We very much enjoyed our brief but comfortable time at The Grand House!! It felt just like home with cleanliness, location being central, and all modern features to use and enjoy!! Quick and Easy!

Great place to stay! Left freshly baked cookies and everything felt like it was ready for those in-laws that don’t appreciate anything but it was important to make a good impression on. Traveling for work? This is the place. I hate leaving a review like this, because it seems like when I do….. it is always taken when I look for it in the future.
