Please tie up all trash and throw away in dumpster outside. No fish or ashes are allowed in the bins and please do not remove the bins from the curb.
Please wash all of your dishes before you leave. Leaving a dishwasher load is fine but please make sure you start it before leaving! Please leave linens on the beds and leave the used beds unmade
Set thermostat to 68 (if stay is in Oct.-Apr.) or to 72 (if stay is in May-Sept.) Thank you!
