About this property

Waterfront 6+ bedroom house on the bay in Ventnor.

Truly built for unobstructed water views, inside and out. The open layout on the first floor offers plenty of space to gather in small and large groups. The fully-stocked kitchen includes bar seating with an adjacent dining room. The first floor also includes a full bathroom and a game room, offering a separate room to gather, or to serve as a private bedroom for additional guests.

The second floor has six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms offer breathtaking water views wi the 3 king bedrooms also having access to the second-floor balcony.

The rear of the home opens up to direct bayfront access with a deck stretching the entire length of the property. The sunset views are simply breathtaking. Walking down off the deck, you’ll access the dock. The owners keep one boat docked for private use, but will provide access to a kayak & paddle board. Boat slip is not included.

Notes: Minimum 7-Day Rental, Monthly Rental for July.

Updates to be complete by May 2026: primary bedroom (floors, walls and furnishings), new floors through most of the house, freshly painted, furnishings for deck, 1st floor game room with sleeping for an additional two occasional guests (sofa bed).

My husband grew up spending summers in Ventnor. After 5 years owning and renting out a property in Ocean City, we were thrilled with the opportunity to move to Ventnor and be on the bay. With our extended family, also in Ventnor, we love to get out on the water, fish (or not fish) and embrace a slower pace.

We are truly lucky to have a home where we can gather our extended family and watch every sunset with an incredible view. After being a host in Ocean City, we knew that we wanted to continue sharing our home with other families. We love knowing that the house will be filled with memories, even when we cannot be there.

Why they chose this property

The back bay of Ventnor Heights with ski beach a quick walk away is amazing. We can embrace the calm coastal vibe and easily bike, walk or ride to the beach, boardwalk, tennis and pickleball, as well as great restaurants in Ventnor and Margate.

We also often head to Ocean City to enjoy the rides and endless mini golf options. And are happy to indulge a casino night as well!

Being on the bay with incredible space.

Outside:
The deck is massive at 80ft wide serving as a backyard with cornhole games, lounging and dining. Below that is the dock where you can fish, crab, or bring your boat for access to all that the bay and canal offer.

Inside:
About 4,000 square feet of space. Every bedroom is spacious and the common living spaces are so much more spacious than they appear. Truly, room for all.
