You will find the comfortable queen bed with quality sheets and bedding to be a welcome place to rest your head at the end of a long day of exploring, hiking or shopping. There are train tracks a block away. A sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. There are 2 steps up onto the front porch and 15 steps up to the second floor. There is a ditch along the street front portion of the property. Watch your step! No pets or animals allowed, No smoking of any kind is permitted and No parties or gatherings. This property is located in a safe, quiet, regular "Joe" working class neighborhood.
