Tschiertschen is a small, cosy mountain village at 1,350 metres above sea level, just 10 km from the cantonal capital of Chur—far from the hustle and bustle—and nestled amid beautiful nature and mountain scenery. Lenzerheide and Arosa are accessible via scenic hikes. By car, Lenzerheide and Arosa are each 25 km away—just a drive around the mountains. The beautiful, comfortable four-family home (built in 2008) is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac (unpaved road). From the apartment and the balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the expansive landscape and the valley across the way, with several small mountain villages.
The approximately 95-square-meter maisonette apartment, featuring an open loft, is located on the ground floor and spans two levels.
The apartment was converted into a holiday rental and newly furnished in 2019. The building includes a ski storage room, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is laid out as follows: Ground floor: Living/dining room with access to the balcony; open kitchen with dining area; bedroom with a double bed; bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with natural light and a tub.
1st floor: Loft with a couch and children’s play area, access to the second balcony; family room with a double bed and a French bed; second bathroom with a shower.

This cosy, lovingly furnished apartment with light-colored solid wood furniture and an open loft invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment is well-equipped, with ample storage space available. The kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, toaster, as well as plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, and baking dishes. A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi are available.



!!! A trash bag is provided upon arrival for trash disposal. If more are needed, please purchase them at the village store (currently 2 CHF per bag) !!!

Super Ferienwohnung! Sauber, top ausgestattet, und durch die lückenlosen Fensterläden kann man die Schlafzimmer auch verdunkeln, so dass man nicht vom ersten Sonnenstrahl geweckt wird :-)Tolle Lage in ruhigem Bergdorf. Der Dorfladen hat alles, was man so braucht und ist auch nicht viel teurer als ein coop in Chur.Kommunikation mit den Vermietern über Email sehr freundlich.Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Vielen Dank.
