Oberurmein 10 km from Thusis: Child friendly, cosy holiday village "Superior Aclas Maiensäss Resort", 1'580 m a.s.l., built in 2015, surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas (nur Winter)" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 100 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. small grocery store in 100 m (open during peak seasons winter and summer).
"Maiensäss Superior", 3-room chalet 58 m2, south-east facing position. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Heating wood (as required/extra). Please note: Pets must be registered when booking. Aclas Heinzenberg SA only has a limited number of such pet houses. If pets are not registered in advance, the landlord cannot guarantee that a house will be available on site.

Küche ungenügend

Dieses Jahr hat in der Küche der Spiegel hinter der Arbeitsplatte, sowie das dazu gehörende Oberlicht, gefehlt. Ausserdem war beim Abzug eines von zwei Lichtern defekt, was das Kochen zu einem Blindflug gemacht hat. Die Pressspanplatte war vom Kochen und Braten mit Fett verspritzt, was sehr unschön ausgesehen hat. Ich finde den Gesamtpreis mit den Nebenkosten relativ hoch für das Maiensäss und trotzdem werden wir wiederkommen, da es sehr praktisch liegt.

Fijn en net huisje met uitzicht

Wij hebben genoten van een prachtige plek, veel rust en een erg fijn en heel fris, schoon huisje met een fijne (afgesloten) buitenruimte. Ook de hond vond dat heel fijn.

Immer wieder schön

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und kommen immer wieder gerne. Alles sauber, gepflegt und ausserhalb der Saison sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Häuschen verfügt über alles was es für entspannte Wanderferien braucht.

Mooie accommodatie en top service

Accommodatie is goed ingericht. Je kan hier prima de dag doorbrengen als dit buiten niet kan (wat gek zal zijn). Alle gemakken voorzien, prima bedden (ook de bedbank). Top service gehad, duidelijke en vriendelijke uitleg over de omgeving en voorzieningen. Altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Nette woning met mooi uitzicht

Prima woning, schoon en netjes ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht en fijn dat de auto bij het huis (superior) geparkeerd kan worden. Vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie. Sleuteloverdracht gaat perfect via een buitenkast met code, zo zit je niet aan de receptietijden vast. Fijn dat je een restaurant pal ernaast hebt. In de omgeving is veel te zien, mooie wandelroutes en leuk winkelen in Chur. Wij komen zeker terug.

Prachtige plek

Wat hebben wij genoten van de prachtige omgeving, het fantastische uitzicht en de heerlijke accomodatie. De woning was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin. De voorzieningen waren allemaal goed in orde en van hoge kwaliteit. Het enige minpunt was dat er maar 4 vaste bedden waren en dat overige personen op het slaapbed in de woonkamer moeten slapen.

Frühjahrsurlaub Aclas

schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit sehr beengtem Bad und unbequemer Couch. Leider wurde sogar der Müllbeutel, der bei Ankunft im Mülleimer war, berechnet. Mir geht es nicht um 3 CHF, aber sowas ist schon lächerlich!
