With 21 houses, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to 100 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 100 m. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas (nur Winter)" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 200 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. The holiday village is car-free. Small grocery store 100 m away (open during peak seasons winter and summer).

Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 26 m2 with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 11 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 12 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 100 m. Suitable for families. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Heating wood (as required/extra). Please note: Pets must be registered at the time of booking. Aclas Heinzenberg SA only has a limited number of such pet homes. If the pets are not registered in advance, the landlord cannot guarantee that a house will be available on site.
