The primary bedroom features a large en suite bathroom, and all bedrooms have walk-in closets.
This property is dog friendly (up to 2), so that all family members can enjoy nature together in Flagstaff. There is a community park one block away, with a basketball court, jungle gym, grassy area, and dog park.
There is a private backyard patio with lots of seating, BBQ grill, firepit and patio heaters, or enjoy the views of Humphreys Peak from the front porch!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Please start a load of used towels in the washing machine. Leave used beds unmade. Please load dishwasher and turn on. Reset thermostat to 65 in the Winter and 78 in the Summer.
Empty trash cans in bathrooms, and game room, into kitchen trash, bag and tie and place in outside trash bins (South side of garage). Turn off all lights, electronics in game room, and TVs.
Lock all doors and close garage door. Make sure garage door opener is placed back in the pantry for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
