Bright, modern, and fully equipped vacation apartment with a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps

We are located on the outskirts of town, about 5 km from Lalling and about 14 km from the county seat of Deggendorf. From here, you have the ideal starting point for your day trips and activities. The “Goldsteig” premium hiking trail runs right past the house. There are extensive, well-marked hiking trails nearby that are also perfect for mountain biking. At the Gaißkopf, you can go downhill biking at the bike park. In winter, depending on snow conditions, both cross-country and downhill skiing are possible. Passau, the “City of Three Rivers,” and Regensburg, both with their picturesque old towns, are only about 60 and 90 km away, respectively. The bright, modernly equipped holiday apartment (non-smoking) faces south and is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. The apartment is divided into a living room and two bedrooms with four single beds, a double sofa bed, and a cot; a fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom with a shower (overhead showerhead) and a toilet; and an additional outdoor toilet. Wi-Fi available. The large terrace (approx. 50 m²) is furnished with patio furniture and shaded by an awning; enjoy the magnificent panoramic view—with a bit of luck, on some days you can even see as far as the Alps. Next to the terrace is a barbecue area. You may bring your dog upon request. A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is payable upon arrival in cash or by card, or optionally 14 days prior to arrival. Check-in: Saturday, Sunday, or Monday from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the latest. Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Meals: Bread roll service available upon request. Key pickup: In person on-site.
