Everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay again. The only thing we was a little concerned was the sheets not being clean. Other than that everything was amazing. Jason the host was wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone .

My family loved staying here. It was great to have things to do at the house if we didn’t feel like getting out. The area is beautiful. The pool was a big hit! We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very kind and he was immediately available when we reached out to him. All of the outside amenities was definitely the selling point. The inside only had 2 bedrooms, which we must've over read, because we had 11 people. There was a knee-wall that had 2 mattresses on the floor and then 2 foldout couches on the main floor. The bedroom on the main floor had a private door you should've been able to use, but the bolts for the hinges on the door were pulled out. Therefore you couldn't use it. There were rugs blocking the opening and closing of the upstairs bedroom door. To be honest, we were disappointed when we first walked in and kept getting disappointed as we discovered more flaws. The host, again, was so very kind, but the home is overpriced, no questions. about that.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the home and sleeping arrangements. I try and over communicate the exact sleeping arrangements so there are no surprises or miscommunications. Every room and description of the room was accurate. It's notated in the Rooms and Beds section under VRBO, again in the description and finally in the pictures. I am sorry if this was not clear to you. The rugs in the bedrooms are placed properly and do not block anything. The bolt did come out of the sliding door on hinges. Thank you for letting me know that; we have now repaired. I consider you guys great guests and rated you as such. Thank you for everything again.....

My family and I had the best time staying and using all the amenities. I had to call host for code to get into house cause VRBO didnt send out their emails for information. Jason was very nice and apologetic cause I had not received emails from VRBO. The house has everything you need. The bathhouse has a bedroom that could use a dresser. This house was perfect it has stuff for all ages. The pool is huge. And I hope to stay again.

Pet friendly. Jason was very helpful in our concerns. Pool was a blessing. The overall house could have used a thorough cleaning. Kitchen area needs more pots. Seven bags of trash in the room beside the pool. Not much internet connection in the bedroom by the pool. Very disappointed in the bedrooms, only a closet, nothing for you to actually store your clothes in. The twin bed area is a large walk in closet. To sleep 11 people 2 had to sleep on the pull out couches. Overall we enjoyed out trip to Tennessee but going forward I will pay more attention to the sleeping arrangements for our needs. I recommend this house for about 8 people to be comfortable. One last note we did see the live bear which was a highlight of the trip.

The house was comfy and spacious enough for our large group, and the location was perfect for being near stuff but quiet and peaceful at night with a bit of privacy. The pool was large and clean and the outdoor space generally really nice. Comfy beds, plenty of blankets and pillows. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that at this high price point for a large group, the house was just missing too many things that you need to get through the week. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels, yes. Bathrooms only stocked with shampoo, no conditioner or body wash/soap. No cleaning products like counter spray in the kitchen. Missing proper utensils for the grill, and for making family meals. Used all silverware with each meal and had to wash by hand. Very minimal bowls. We had to run out and buy a whisk, for example. No blender, electric mixer, etc. Only one dish towel - for 12 people for a week. It’s just not thoughtfully stocked for something advertised as luxury. I’m not saying don’t stay here - I’m saying pack more of your kitchen stuff than you would normally need.

I consider you a good guest and had no problems with your party;) I did want to take the opportunity to address your feedback in the review. -We review pricing regularly and we are on the lower end of similar luxury home prices. We will continue to price to provide a great value. -Thank you for your notes on the home lacking some items you thought would be stocked. I did check in with you early and none of this was mentioned. I could have easily brought these items by, but with no communication on your end, I had no idea that you were in need of several items. I also want to mention that inventory fluctuates weekly. Most of the time, the guests give me a heads up something is needed. For example, we had about 18 dish towels in the home along with an overstock of Plates/Silverware. We will update our inventory with the notes you provided. Thanks again Heidi..!

The property and host were wonderful. So quiet and peaceful after spending the days going 110 mph with kids and grandkids. Saw a momma bear with 2 cubs roaming the area. We loved it. Pool was a plus.
