Nestled in the tropical beauty of the Gold Coast on Hillsboro Mile, Villa J is on the ocean side with a heated pool, beach cabanas, grills, shuffleboard, private beach, putting green, fishing, and access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Your beach house, Villa J, or Yo Yo Flamingo, is just a few steps away from the ocean and the heated pool. It features one bedroom, one full bathroom, a pull-out sleeper sofa for two, a kitchen, and a front patio. The villa has direct access to the beach and pool, making it perfect for a personal escape, family vacation, or reunions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Empty the dryer's water reservoir in the top-left corner. Pull it straight out, and dump the water into the shower or sink.

Place soiled linens and towels inside the blue mesh bag and leave them inside the villa. Please put all of the trash into a garbage bag and leave it inside the villa by the back door.

Leave the villa keys on the coffee table and - give Villa J, the Yo Yo Flamingo, a hug.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ocean was truly steps away as well as the pool. The inter coastal was right there too. Great location making Boca Raton and Pompano super close. You can walk to Deerfield Beach too. Loved it.
