Die Wohnung war so in Ordnung , das was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte, sind die Betten, die waren leider nicht so angenehm für den Erholungsschlaf.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich - sogar eine selbstgemachte Marmelade stand im Zimmer bereit - super lieb - und vielen Dank dafür noch :)Die Anfahrt von der Hauptstrasse zur Ferienwohnung ist allerdings eher für gut gefederte Autos empfehlenswert, das war schon speziell... :0

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom DG-Balkon über Dresden.Saubere Unterkunft. Einrichtung teilweise schon älter, für uns aber absolut in Ordnung. Parken vor dem Haus etwas schwierig, da doch mehrere Zimmer / FeWos im Haus.Parkmöglichkeit aber auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.Lage insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir werden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Sylvester in Dresden

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, aber große genug und alles ist wie beschrieben. Die Betten waren hard genug. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten das Sylvester Feuerwerk super beobachten.Danke Familie Rogge von Familie Paul

Saubere feine Ferienwohnung. Toller Ausblick! Etwas verwinkelt und mit einem etwas nervigen bewegungsmelder beim Flurlicht. Wir waren im Sommer da. Altbau/DG? Trotzdem erstaunlich kühl! Gerne wieder!

Wer es einfach mag …

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Aussicht vom Balkon top. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr einfach eingerichtet. Billiges Mobiliar und kein Bad. In der Toilette gibt es ein Waschbecken zum Zähneputzen. Ansonsten eine Duschecke, die sehr eng ist. Die Küche ist sehr primitiv und nicht sonderlich sauber. Weg vom Parkplatz sehr dunkel. Das geht alles viel besser!!!

Sehr, sehr einfach

Lage des Hauses ist klasse, ruhig, schöner Blick über die Stadt. Die Matratzen sind wunderbar. Jedoch, die Duschkabine hat weder Fenster noch Abzug, keinerlei Haken für ein Handtuch o.ä. Die Küche ist sehr unpraktisch, z.B kein Elektroherd, nur 2 freistehende Platten.U.a. 2 Weingläser nur, die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen zu mieten! Schön wäre eine Renovierung und Neueinrichtung der Küche und des Bades, bzw. dringend erforderlich. Die 3 Frauen aus Berlin

einfache aber schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem schnell in der Alt und Neustadt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick vom Balkon über Dresden! Einrichtung ist schlicht und schon etwas älter aber alles ok. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Nichts für längeren Aufenthalt

Wer auf Ostalgie und Mimimalismus steht sollte gleich buchen. 3 Teelöffel für 4 Personen und der Rest ist auch nicht besser. Dreck auf dem Boden, alte Nudeln unter der der Mikrowelle. Der Fehrnseher brummt, Finger weg.

Gern wieder !

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung ! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden , was nötig ist , um sich mal fix etwas zu Essen zu machen , Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle , Kaffeemaschine , Toaster und Wasserkocher ! Alles da ! 😄 Dusche und Toilette getrennt . Finde ich super . Und im Wohn - und Schlafraum steht ein Schrank , ein Tisch und Stühle , Tv und das Bett ! Außerdem gab es einen Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf Dresden . Der Check In war unkompliziert und hat mir gut gefallen ! Was ich auch sehr gut fand , obwohl ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war , im Haus hängt der Fahrplan , der in der Nähe fahrenden Buslinien . Mein Fazit : Vielen Dank ! Ich komme gern wieder ! MH
