Amazing new house that is perfect for your family getaway. Sand volleyball court, pop a shot, darts, ping pong, foosball, billiards table and other games make for the ideal spot for the kids. The upstairs has 2 king beds with a master bathroom that has a glass shower and a soaking tub. The open floor plan concept has high ceilings, an oversized smart TV, 2 kitchen islands and dining room seating for 20. House is located next to the owner’s house, but get to share in a private 7 acre pond that is fully stocked with bass, bluegill and crappie. Paddle boards and kayaks are available seasonally. Located right next to a 17 mile paved bike trail. Fall season is beautiful with the different maple leaves colors and the morning sunrises on the oversized screened in deck. Ideal location for retreats and family fun. No weddings, bachelor/bachelorette or other parties allowed.
