The location is incredible, close to everything going on downtown or at Drake, and includes off-street parking! Check in is seamless and hosts are responsive! Perfect landing spot for a weekend in Des Moines with a great location and solid amenities!

Great location for doing downtown things. had everything we needed. Being in a historic district made it nice for walking the neighborhood. Older building so there is only window airconditioning.

The stay was nice & there was nothing inherently wrong with the place! The host was super communicative and great. But, the place was a bit dirty. There was hair in the shower and a loofah that had been used before. There was also an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The hallways of the apartment also smelt slightly of smoke which is not the owners fault since it must have been from the neighbors/it was an old building. But, if you are sensitive to that scent it is present in the hallways! Overall very spacious and great location. The parking was great as well and walking distance from a cute coffee shop

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and would have served us well if the kitchen and utensils were clean. The bedding and towels and personal hygiene items were fine. The bedroom rug needs to be replaced.

This is a great place! Very cozy apartment that is well laid out and in both a quiet building and neighborhood. There is lots of easy access to shops and restaurants around and it was very easy to access from the street parking. The space is very clean and well furnished with everything needed for cooking in. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to our messages, answered our questions and provided the info we needed to access the space. It was a quick stop for us on a long road-trip, but we would most definitely stay here again when in the area. Many thanks for a Great Stay!!

Everything was neat and tidy. The reason for only Good review was because it's an older building (no fault to the host). My husband is over 200 lbs so the mattress was a little loud. Other than that, our stay was great and we'd definitely stay again for the location and price. Eric was very attentive and we appreciate being able to stay.
