Recent remodel includes: full Kitchen, Laundry / mudroom, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with brand new beds & linens, basement with arcade and games and oversized garage access. Whether you’re here to explore Dayton, visit family, on a business trip or just to relax — we hope you settle in and feel at home.

I chose the Edgemont neighborhood for Storybook Stays because it serves as the ultimate 'Gateway to Dayton.' As an investor, I was drawn to this area’s unique ability to offer a quiet, residential retreat that is strategically positioned just minutes from the city's most iconic landmarks.

The Gem City Farmhouse sits just 2 miles from the University of Dayton and is a short, 10-minute drive to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. For families visiting for graduation, basketball games, or military assignments, this location eliminates the stress of long commutes.

What truly sold me on Tampa Ave was the 'Silent Zone' feel. It is a peaceful, established neighborhood where you can enjoy the 'Birthplace of Aviation'—being only 1.2 miles from the historic Wright Brothers sites—while having a calm, secure home base to return to each evening.
