• Please Note: Like most homes in the coastal Mission Beach area, this property does not have air conditioning. Thanks to the refreshing bay breezes and cooler seaside climate, AC is rarely needed. Fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable during warmer days.
• Single shared laundry machine in carport closet.
• No central ac or heat. There are wall heaters, along with ceiling fans, box fans, and portable heaters provided.
