This inviting space features a heated swimming pool, summer kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and professionally landscaped grounds, all conveniently positioned just steps from the neighborhood dune walkover.

An elevator provides access to every floor. The main living level offers an open-concept layout with beautiful Gulf views and a chef-inspired kitchen equipped with Wolf appliances, an emerald tile backsplash, farmhouse sink, and a well-appointed butler’s pantry with ice maker. A Venetian plaster fireplace, statement lighting, and layered textures create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the living spaces.

Two serene primary suites, each complete with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, serve as private escapes, while additional guest suites with their own baths ensure comfort and privacy for family and friends. The top floor reveals two rooftop terraces boasting sweeping, unobstructed Gulf views, an ideal setting for sunset gatherings and entertaining. Offering parking for up to seven vehicles, including a two-car garage and dedicated golf cart space, and positioned just steps from beach access.
