My wife and I have lived in the Rochester area since 1984 and just love the area. We often ride our bikes to the historic Erie Canal to the villages of Fairport and Pittsford. Our home is available as we are out traveling the USA.

We really enjoy sharing our home with guests as each guest seems to come back with unique aspects of our home that is special to them.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is great to take a walk in. If you feel ambitious you can take the 0.6 mile walk to Starbucks.

What makes this property unique

This home has a large deck with a table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. A Weber gas grill sits just a few steps away for your barbeque meals. The hot tub is close by as is the secure gate to the large in-ground pool. It is private in the back yard and you can always find shade.
