visiting from ottawa. affordable accommodation for fvded in the park weekend. place was clean, beds were comfy, laundry on-site worked well, shower pressure great, private entrance was great. had no trouble getting into the unit and host was great with sending instructions. walls are certainly not sound proof but we had respectful guests beside and above us so no complaints. very basic. good for sleeping and chilling before/after an event. nice neighbourhood, bus stops, food and mall are nearby. easy to get to downtown vancouver. would stay here again.

The suite was clean and basic. Yue was responsive to our questions before the trip. The amenities are limited, no coffee maker, no arm chairs or sofas besides at the kitchen table; and the bed in the main room. Good set-up for the price.

Was perfect for my stay as I only slept there. Comfy bed. The door code I received didn’t work but the host sent another quickly. A few minor housekeeping issues so the host sent the cleaner next day and all was done. Parking was limited so I asked if I could park in the driveway and was allowed to which was Greatly Appreciated! Thank you! I’d stay again.

Great property. Excellent price. Neighbours in adjacent suite (on same property) were screaming, drinking, and partying ALL night (both nights) until 6:00 AM. Since the suites share a wall, it was exceptionally difficult to sleep. Obviously, this won’t always happen, and it is not directly the fault of the property owner; however, we felt the on-site caretakers could have been far more proactive in dealing with this very obvious and blatant violation of the rules that had been clarified prior to check-in. We felt that the owners did not do their due diligence to their respectful customers on this occasion to allow them a comfortable sleep.

The code did not work when we arrived (the time we were told to access the unit) and the host did not respond for several hours (we texted and called) leaving us locked out which was mildly inconvenient but leads me assume this doesn’t happen often. We struggled finding a place to park since there was no designated parking. It served the purpose of being a place to sleep and we appreciate that but during the night we could hear almost constant activity upstairs. It was relatively reasonable for the price but some aspects certainly would be appreciated if they were improved upon.
