The accommodation is conveniently located right on the slopes and next to the ski lift.
While enjoying a leisurely breakfast, you can look out the windows directly onto the Gerlosplatte and the surrounding mountain ranges without any obstructions and take in the panoramic view.

Königsleiten is a very beautiful mountain village situated at an altitude of 1,600 metres in the heart of the Zillertal. It’s an area with absolutely guaranteed snow for true winter enthusiasts! Here, you can ski right up to the front door. The mountain railways are just a few steps away from the apartment. The mountains reach heights of up to 2,500 m and offer the perfect slopes for everyone.
The property stands out for its central yet quiet location. You can park your car in the underground garage (two parking spaces side by side) and get around on foot for the rest of your holiday. Local amenities include sports shops, ski schools, a doctor’s office, a supermarket, restaurants, and more—all within walking distance.

In summer, anything is possible—whether a peaceful hiking holiday or an active getaway with the following options:
Hiking and mountain biking right from your doorstep, Elektrotrailpark, the Yodeling Trail, the Krimml Waterfalls, swimming and paddle boating at the reservoir, MTB Überstrail, Aurach Wildlife Park, Bramberg Mountain Carts, Gerlosstein Alpine Cable Car, etc.

Additional costs include the tourist tax/mobility fee of 3.50 € per person per day and the final cleaning fee of 110 €. A security deposit of 300 € is due 10 days before the start of the rental period. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

If a key is lost, a fee of 95 € must be paid.
