Welcome to Bluestem Beach House — a brand new end-unit townhome (built in 2025) located in the gated Lost Key Golf & Beach Club resort community in Perdido Key, Florida.

Located a short 0.3 mile walk (less than 7 min) from the townhouse. A 5,000 sq. ft private club sitting directly on the Gulf offering a full bar, delicious poolside dining, pool, showers, locker rooms, lounge chairs, deck, and beach access. Enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald green Gulf water while sipping a frozen cocktail and eating lunch overlooking the waves.
BEACH SERVICE
Available on a first-come/first-service basis offering beach chairs and umbrellas at an additional charge, open daily, Spring through Fall.
RESORT POOL + HOT TUB
Located a short 0.4 mile walk (less than 8 minutes) from the townhouse. Resort style pool with zero-entry, fountains, striped lanes for lap swimming, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and hot tub.
TENNIS/PICKLE BALL COURTS + FITNESS CENTER
Located a short 0.4 mile walk (less than 8 minutes) from the townhouse. Two lighted courts made for double use - tennis & pickle ball. State of the art fitness center overlooking the pool.
GOLF CLUB
Located a short 4 minute drive (1 mile) from the townhouse. Lost Key Golf Club is an 18-hole par 72 Arnold Palmer Championship public golf course. In addition, it has a pro shop, range, chipping, putting, and short game area. This is one of only two courses certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, protecting the natural resources of the area while providing a unique golf experience. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return key cards, bracelets, and garage remote to avoid replacement fees.
Close front door and push lock icon. Don't forget to lock garage doors.
Don't strip beds or make used beds. Our housekeepers will do that for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bluestem Beach House is right at the front of the community so it’s just a short walk to the sand. It’s also within walking distance to the resort pool, fitness center, and pickle ball/tennis courts. We have the best location in the entire neighborhood. Plus we went all out decorating with high end furnishings and supplies. You will feel so pampered on your beach vacation!
