Pristine, well-situated condo

Beautiful, new condo which is well-situated to the centre of Golden. Short walk to a variety of restaurants and only a short drive to the Golden Skybridge. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Golden.

Best deal in Golden

Why would anyone stay in Banff? Golden is beautiful, easy access to Banff, less expensive, and this Suite is Sweet! Erica is the perfect host and always available. The layout and security is great! Elevator is a plus too. Did I mention a brewery next door? We stayed 5 nights and were able to explore Jasper, Athabasca Glacier, Banff, Yoho NP and Yoho Valley Road for a spectacular waterfall, Takakkaw Falls.

Great apartment- minutes from downtown Golden

Really liked our stay at this place. Clean, comfortable, and great location (wonderful coffee cafe right next door). We could walk to downtown Golden in just a few minutes but at the same time the place was quiet and a good spot to unwind. The host was responsive and we had no problems at all.

When we read that the property was 1 bed + den we fully expected that one of us would be sleeping on a pull out couch but there was a whole second bedroom! This place was so cute and super clean and overall just really incredible.

Great location

Very new and clean property. Perfect location in Golden. Right beside the brewery and walking distance to all the restaurants. Only issue was when we visited it was very warm and the suite gets quite hot. A/C could be better. Other than that it was great.

Hi Kirk thanks for taking the time to write your review. The bustling and condos within have centrally controlled AC - it is currently being maintained at between 20-22 degrees C. We are aware that may be warm for some guests and have provided fans in the suite for increased comfort. We continue to work with the Strata to determine the best operating temperature for the building. Thanks again and take care

A little luxury

This apartment is top notch. Very comfy bed and pillows, a handy den to stash your extra stuff, and kitted out with superb kitchen tools - as in top quality knives and pots etc. Everything was super clean. Location good - a few steps from grocery store, brew pub, and the river walk. Host Erica is very responsive and provides lots of info.

Clean, very new, comfortable condominium

We stayed 5 nights as a base from which to explore the Rockies, having driven from Vancouver. We felt Banff was a bit too far to drive in one day from Vancouver, not to mention expensive, so Golden seemed like a logical and affordable place to stay. Lake Louise is less than an hour's drive away. The complex is very new and the accommodation exceeded expectations and felt very clean and comfortable. We liked the king bed when most VRBO properties in the area only offer queen beds. Our party also made use of the extra bed in the den, which wasn't even advertised in the listing but is evident from the photos. Has a great but lightly attended and non-noisy brewery next door, and a selection of friendly eating places within walking distance. There is no cable TV feed but the home has an internet-connected smart TV so bring your streaming subscription account login details with you if you plan to do any TV/movie watching. The owner was always very prompt in answering any questions we had though the VRBO app. Don't hesitate to book this accommodation.
